We hope you all had a wonderful year.
This past year has been another blessed year, filled with adventures and challenges.
Ruth-Enjoys being a counselor for the young women at church, sent her baby off to kindergarten, has now visited 48 states, and is volunteering a
second year as the PTA Treasurer.
Clark-Started middle school as a 6th grader, is the only bike rider to/from school, plays the baritone in band, pinned his mom for the 1st time as an official boy scout, and loves Nerf gun wars with his cousins.
Cal-Helps maintain fish tanks around the school as a 4th grader, changed his mind about being a "bee buster" for an adult career, started piano, became the first person in our family to have a cast due to a fractured bone, and loves night-time trampoline jumping with his siblings.
Shanna-Had Christmas-like giddiness when 2nd grade started, loves shopping but doesn't love her hair being styled, tries to initiate yard sales, and has successfully pulled out three of her own teeth.
Haley-Shares the same 2nd grade class as her twin...about which they are both neutral, enjoys her hair being styled, still writes love notes to her parents, can't resist a good book, and tells a funny cow joke.
Elden-Has happily adjusted to kindergarten, enjoys riding his bike without training wheels, requests ice in his water, and loves digging in the dirt with utensils.
Mini Van-Added more miles to its odometer with two trips to Utah and one to Legoland in Florida, plus took various excursions along the East Coast, and is dreading the imminent death of its transmission.
How blessed we are that Heavenly Father sent us His beloved son, Jesus Christ. We truly hope you have a wonderful new year filled with growth and happiness.
